What You Do
1. Call/text 678.469.4921 or email us with any questions,
to check availability and schedule a Client Interview.
2. Click here to complete your Client Profile and accept the Client Contract.
3. After we meet, LYP will set up an account for you in our portal. You will be emailed a link to access your account.
Your client portal will allow you to view invoices, pay your bill, request care, update instructions and more. Your sitter will communicate through the portal. They will update you on the visits, post pictures and check off tasks you want done.
At the interview, we will come to your home and go over exactly what you need for pet care and/or dog walking. It is very important that you AND your pets feel 100% at ease with us. Make a list of any questions you have. We will be happy to answer them during the interview or when you contact us. We will take notes as you show us exactly what you expect us to do. Please make TWO copies of your house key to keep in a key lockbox that we have easy access to. We MUST have a key to the home reguardless of any electronic entry. Electronic entries can fail.
